SEASONAL RETREATS

Karen offers quarterly, seasonally-themed retreats integrating movement, writing, playfulness and contemplative activities designed to challenge and engage your body, mind and spirit and provide opportunities for the deepening of your practice and for personal growth. Retreats are typically held on Saturday mornings and are four hours long. Price varies and will be announced with each session.
