PILATES CLASSES

 Mat Pilates

Use a variety of props including rings, balls, blocks and bands – or sometimes, just you and your mat – to build core strength, stability and endurance.  Challenge every muscle you have in an engaging, dynamic group class. No two sessions are alike; chose your intensity. It’s a fun, fast-paced workout!

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. at The Physical Edge, 1460 Drew Ave, Davis. Gym membership not required. Drop-in fee $7. Stop at front desk to sign in. Class is often full, so come early.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

 Individual, private training sculpted to your personal needs. Karen has been a Personal Fitness Instructor since 2009. Do you want to improve your functional movement and balance? Need to lose weight and manage your health? Or do you simply want to feel more energized and alive? Let Karen help you create a personalized work-out, get you started, and keep you on track to achieve your goals.  You might choose to train with her at a local gym, in your home, at her home studio or her studio on Court Street in Woodland.

**Let’s get you started!** Notch up your current plan, choose to continue with on-going group fitness, or move onto your own program.

GROUP FITNESS: Tuesday/Thursdays 8:45am-9:45am – ongoing. Join this dynamic group of fitness buffs, growing strong, staying strong. Variety of cardio and strength training with a healthy dose of supportive community!

“START WHERE YOU ARE”: Tuesday/Thursdays * 5 Weeks * Oct. 1-31, 2013. 12:15pm – 1:15pm at Physical Edge. $100 for entire class (punch card or drop in available) no membership needed.
Perfect for the over 70 crowd or folks starting on their fitness path.
